Good, reliable and fast WiFi with good accessories eg. Power bank.

The pocket WiFi performed well. Great coverage area with no lost signal.

Easy to order, easy to pickup from Haneda T3 , straightforward returns procedure and prompt response to confirm receipt of return unit.
Strong reliable signal, unit worked well good all inclusive price have no issues with recommending Japan Wireless.

SIM cards were ready for collection at airport. Very efficient. Good coverage Tokyo, Matsumoto, Kanazawa, Kyoto and even Furano.

This is the 2nd time we have used the pocket wifi for our 2nd Japan trip and it is very convenient and works well even on subways. The only time we had slow connection was in Kyoto Imperial Palace. However we have used it from Tokyo, Kawaguchiko, Osaka,Kyoto, Uji, Hiroshima and Miyajima and it worked pretty well. Did not have any issues whatsoever. Will always recommend japan wireless.

Did use it in and out of Tokyo, as well Disneyland and Disneysea parks and alway was able to stay connected. Great service, easy to book and withdraw at the airport. I did drop the return enveloppe at the front desk of the hotel and no issues.Very efficient. I will use that service again on my next trip to Japan.

Picked up from our hotel and dropped off at the airport, could not have been easier. Good signal strength and did everything we needed. Will use again

Great service and a great product, makes staying connected while in Tokyo so easy and no need to pay for International Day Pass from AT&T!

Works as advertised, was an amazing rate. Very few dropped connections traveling through multiple prefectures.
