Tried Japan Wireless during my last trip and everything went well, from device pick up to drop off. Portable wifi device had no issues, and service was consistent. No hidden charges, too.

We walked and utilised public transport a lot this time in Tokyo and Kyoto. This wireless wifi is a godsend so we can use google mss as p to get us to places. Reliable and easy to use. I will certainly rent it again next time I visit japan

On advice from a friend living in Tokyo, I rented a pocket wi-fi and was pleased with the experience from beginning to end. In fact, I'll be renting again when I return soon. The online ordering was easy; the English-language information is very complete and straightforward throughout; the reminders prior to arrival and return are helpful; and the package of wifi unit, additional external battery, cables, pouch, and return envelope are perfect. Most importantly, the wifi worked great and enabled me to phone, SMS/text, email, and web just like I do at home -- some people didn't even realize I was out of the country. High-fives to Japan-Wireless!
