Very convenient and excellent service!

The pocket wifi was convenient during my trip and fairly priced only issue was some regions the wifi was slow but other than that it was fine, the process of picking up and dropping off was easy as well, very communicative.

Smooth pocket wi-fi delivery process and easy to use. Reliable access to Internet during our trip.

Rented 2 devices, one for each group. Decent internet connection. Remarkable support from Japan Wireless since my flight was canceled I had to ask them to deliver the parcel to my hotel instead of picking it up. It was done smoothly. I just had to email them.

Easy pick up and drop off process the service was consistent and always had coverage even in more remote locations near mount fuji.

Best wifi in Japan easy to order and return. Very affordable also.

Very satisified with the service and all circumstances. I had a 10 day stay and Device and Service run fluently with no interruptions all time. Best thing is to pick it up at the Airport and also return it, at the postal Service.

From that side, it´s always a good recommendation and will use it everytime again.

Love how easy and quick the ordering processes is and options to have them delivered to your hotel when arriving late into Japan.

Got the rental mobile hotspot at the airport, with instructions on how to use it and how to return Speeds were fast enough at LTE speeds, and I had service everywhere in Tokyo. Would definitely use again next time I'm in the country.

What a life saver. Even though there are other carrier's in Japan, you can't beat the price and simplicity of the service. I went with a group of 6 and we didn't lose connection. There's no data or device limitations. I went snowboarding in Biwako Valley and had service. Definitely purchasing again the next time I visit. Thank you, Japan Wireless!
