Was very easy to figure out what I needed and easy to pay for.

Quick to do business with. As for the product, unable to comment as I have not collected item at airport.

So glad we opted to have a pocket WiFi during our Japan trip. Would definitely recommend to get one during your stay in Japan. Having one meant we were able to look up for information on the fly and made the whole trip stressfree.

Wifi dongle was simple and easy to order. Was also at a good price significantly cheaper than using international roaming.

Very clear instructions on the pick up and return process. Easy to find and friendly despite me not knowing how to speak Japanese. Purchased the premium service for 2 weeks and was very good value. High speed and experienced little no delays.

Good and excellent service. Collect from the airport postal office when you arrive and return to the airport postal office before you leave. Very efficient and convenient. Device works well during the 10 days period, no problem at all. 🙂

Simple and easy service, will definitely use again!

Collection at Haneda was easy. The instructions provided made it easy to install and set up the sim. I was pleased to see that a sim removal tool was supplied with the sim. We travelled around Japan and had absolutely no problems with data connectivity.

I have booked our pocket Wi-Fi for August, the booking system was very easy and efficient. I hope the collection and product itself is just as good, I’m sure it will be.

I have just rented a pocket wifi, the process was very easy and communication was excellent.
