Used this for five days in Kansai region and 12 days in Kanto regionand the internet speed never ever slowed down (promise)! Plus getting it from the vendo machine is hassle free. Returning is hassle free too. Will definitely get this again when I go back!

Transaction is smooth and convenient. We just had hiccups on the wire provided to us for the powerbank as it isn’t working and we need to buy one. That’s negligible since we don’t expect them providing powerbank. Nevertheless, the wifi has been our lifeline during the travel. Very strong signal and lasted for long.

No issues with internet access during our stay in the Tokyo area.

The option of returning the router via post is also very convenient. This was an important factor why I chose your service since we had a very early morning flight out of Narita.

We also had no issues reserving online. We also appreciate the email, notifying us that the router was returned successfully.

We had a wonderful experience with Japan Wireless. I reserved online in my country. Pickup was easy. They scanned the QR code and then handed me an envelope with everything in it. (Pocket WiFi, a power bank, charging wire, charging block a self addressed package envelope, printed instructions, and a zipper bag to carry everything in) We had four devices connected to the WiFi and used it for our 15 days in Japan. Connection was good and we charged up the pocket WiFi at night. We placed everything the envelope and dropped it off at the international terminal at the airport on the morning we were returning home.

Easy to use, very light and two people can use at the same time without issues.

We were 2, stayed for two weeks, bit of Tokyo, bit of Kyoto, fooling around in both regions. Worked about everywhere and didn't need the external battery. Would use again

It was functionally good. It can be used almost everywhere in Tokyo. Good quality. We expect eSIM to be offered soon. It should be more handy.
