Perfect for us, on our workcation travelling to Japan from Australia. Helpful when exploring the city without the need for roaming!

Rented a pocket wifi while I was back in Japan for two weeks or so.
I picked up the pocket wifi at hotel as requested, and activation was easy.
The return was also easy (to post box), and I thought it was nice for them to send me an email letting me know the pocket wifi was returned.
Not much complain here, but the bag that came with the pocket wifi could be smaller (could not fit to my sling bag), and could be a bit cheaper.
Anyway, I will probably order from them again.

I ordered many times from Japan wireless. There has never been any issue. I highly recommend their service.

We travelled around Japan for 16 days and and this WiFi was fantastic. It was easy to order and set up and drop off at the end. When I return next year, I will definitely hire this again.

First time travelling independently from Australia!! This was super easy, great connection at all times and simple!

Rented a packet wifi for 2 week trip. I had it sent to a post office near my friend’s apartment in Okinawa because my flight was arriving after their counter closed at 9pm. It took about2 minutes to set up and I never had connectivity issues. The battery would last me an entire day. I think my only minor complaint is that you are supposed to receive a rechargeable extra battery which is useful for long days. I didn’t receive one. I called their customer service which was prompt and friendly. They explained that they cannot ship that extra battery to Okinawa because of potential fire hazard since it is lithium. Anyhow, i probably would only have used it a few times. So overall, great product very simple and excellent wifi speed. Wonderful customer service and I would use again.
