This pocket WiFi is definitely a must for anyone visiting Japan. We picked ours up in Haneda Airport with no problems and had great service throughout our stay in Tokyo and Hakuba. They even gave us a free battery pack, which was nice to charge our phones when on the run. The return was really easy as well. Just dropped it in the mailbox at the airport (before you go through security).

Very good service ! Pocket wifi already waiting at the hotel front desk upon check-in, and just leave it with front desk upon check out. And internet speed is amazing ! I highly recommend this !

Ordered at 3pm after realizing our t-Mobile phones‘ internet speeds were not going to work for us in Japan. By 6pm, it was delivered to our hotel! Worked seamlessly and without any glitches - gave us high speed internet for our entire trip!! Convenient postal drop box at the airport made the return super easy!! I would rent again without hesitation!

I’ve seen all over social media that this is a must when visiting Japan. The process was easy

This is the second time I’ve use Japan Wireless for pocket WiFi. Could not be easier to order and receive.
I travel with large groups and there’s always someone with a connectivity issue and pocket WiFi is the answer.

I was very satisfied of your service. Perfect connection everywhere.

Necessity for travel in Japan. Delivers to your hotel and can ship out from hotel. They did give me a charging chord that worked but was a little stripped and can see the wires but was completely fine otherwise. Took to Kyoto and still worked!

Easy and efficient! I highly recommend using this!

It was the best idea to buy for my trip in Japan. As I could be communicated all the time and not get lost in the city

I had the Wi-Fi device hired for almost 2 weeks. I’m very happy with the Wi-Fi (it worked perfectly in all locations) and with the service (picking up and return went smoothly).
