Very smooth interaction and very clear instructions on use and return of equipment. Perfect solution for a family visiting Japan.

Average daily price of $3.83 including taxes is a great value, supporting multiple users and being able to navigate in real time throughout local travel. Prepaid mailing envelope to return equipment at Haneda airport postal drop-off was a breeze. Will definitely rent again for next trip!

The pocket wifi was ready at our hotel when we checked in and we were able to drop it off in the postal bin at the Haneda departures lobby. The signal was strong throughout the day.

Very useful and reliable

Excellent in all regards. Picked up at our first hotel in Japan, used it everyday all day long with zero issues and perfect connectivity along all of out itinerary, dropped off at the airport just prior to pass security gates. Clear instructions and support materials, along with useful mail reminders. Definitely reccommended.
