Superior service! Highly recommended and reliable! Delivered to our hotel and it was waiting for us upon check-in. Good wifi service on the go and when we left, we dropped the items in a paid, pre-addressed packet and put it in the post box. Simple, easy. The best! Thank you!

The whole process was seamless. From online ordering,to collection at Haneda Airport, use throughout Japan, communication about issues, to return via mail. I can highly recommend. It was a great way to stay connected. Our family of 4 had two devices, which we shared, depending on our movements.
