Excellent.. Wi-Fi waiting at the hotel. Return drop off at airport. Simple and convenient

The product and delivery was second to none. Great service for the value.

Once I set up the connection to my smartphone, it was very easy to use. I would use it everyday when I would be outside of my hotels. The wifi package was waiting for me at my first hotel in Okinawa. It was very useful me especially when using Google Maps to find restaurants and directions back to the hotel if I headed off course!

Very happy with the service and product

Easy and convenient with free delivery to may hotel. Great signal everywhere i went.

Great service. We have used Japan Wireless many times, and we plan to use again and again.

We had zero issues, worked great. Pick up and drop off was very easy. My son got a different WiFi and his box was much bigger so ours was easier to keep in my pocket.

Very easy to understand and purchase.

Quick and easy wifi never failed

Very reasonable rates for unlimited data. You can pick it up at the airport or they can deliver it to your hotel (it was waiting for me at the front desk at the hotel that I stayed at!). They even packed the wifi hotspot with an external battery!

I definitely would not hesitate to rent a wifi hotspot from these guys again. Highly recommended!
