Customer service was fantastic as i changed pickup location last minute. The pocket wifi worked fantastic and we had 4 devices connected to it and didn't even need to use the powerbank provided. Drop off was also very convienent.

It was easy and convenient to order, use and return the device. They delivered it to our hotel so we could use it immediately. No problem using it and no programming required on our part. They gave us an envelope to return it to them so we just mailed it at the next door convenience store. We had considered renting a SIM card, but we're glad we got this pocket wifi instead.

Japan wireless was reliable and easy to work with. Internet always worked without any throttleing. Only time it didn't work was in the subway system or going through tunnels. Overall amazing and I'd used them again.

It's excellent, I recommend it. The internet strength and coverage is great, so it's a good value for money.

Easy to figure out and return! I got 5gb wifi per day for 2 people, and it was the perfect amount. It allowed us to navigate throughout Japan and scroll on social media without any issues. The pick up and return in Haneda Airport was easy to figure out.

Ordered unit, when I checked into the hotel the unit was waiting for me. Great service when using it . I place the unit in the return envelope and left it with the front desk for return. Easy!!
