The pickup from the arrival counter was seamless and easy. Installation too and use was also very easy. There was very good coverage all over the country. Additional battery pack was very helpful. We dropped the parcel as required in the post box at the airport. Would be nice if we receive a mail confirming the receipt of the parcel by Japan Wireless.

My flight to Japan was canceled by United Airlines. I was afraid that I might miss my opportunity to pick up my wifi. I contacted customer service and the office held my reservation until I arrived! We used Japan Wireless portable WiFi from hiking on the Kumano Kodo in Wayakama to Kanazawa to Okinawa and Ikigashi. We had continuous coverage on all these disparate locations. We even had coverage on boats in Okinawa Prefecture. All in all, this was the best service we could have gotten, all for a much cheaper price than using our international plan. Highly recommend!

My only small suggestion would be to make it clearer with signage about where exactly to pick up a reserved Japan Wireless product at Haneda airport. For me, it was not as clear as I would have liked and I needed to ask several people before finding the pick-up desk. Otherwise, everything worked very well and having connectivity at all times really enhanced my experiences while in Japan.

It was so convenient to have the Japan Wireless waiting for us at our hotel. The instructions for use were clear and helpful as well as the instructions for returning the device. I highly recommend this service, it made our trip so much smoother!! Thank you!!
