We had a great experience with our pocket wifi. The device lasts from morning to late night on its own and with the rechargeable power bank provided it can withstand extensive use or even us forgetting to charge it the day before. The procedure to retrieve and give back everything is very very smooth. Be sure however to order your pocket wifi at least 2-3 days before your trip as it comes in the mail. Very competitive price for a very good service!

It was great to be able to stay connected with the Internet, especially Google maps everywhere I went to during my trip!

The size of the device improved to slim with the much better connection than before.

My boyfriend and I used this on a two-week trip to Japan and traveled all over with it. It worked fine the whole time and the pick-up situation was easy and quick. The drop-off was a little difficult and the post office was a hike from where we needed to be in the airport, but overall the experience was positive.

The whole process was incredibly easy and seamless. Our flight arrived too late to collect the device from the airport so I took the option of having it delivered, and it was there waiting for us when we checked in at our hotel.

It worked flawlessly for our entire trip. The download speed wasn’t quite what was advertised, but still easily enough for our needs. The unit was supplied with a pre-paid envelope, and on departure we popped it into the red post box at the airport just before entering security. Easy.

I’d definitely use this service again, though wouldn’t bother with the translation gadget again, as that’s kind of redundant with translation apps on smart phones.

Very happy with the hassle free transaction. Received our units at the airport without any problems, device has worked the whole week, and even comes with powerbank.

The returning process is also very convenient and made easy through the post box, and even the return envelop is already provided.

Because of this we enjoyed our vacation without any worries.
