Everything very good, simple fast and reliable!

Traveled to Japan for 3 weeks between Yokosuka and Tokyo. Ordered the premium Wi-Fi package and used this between my wife and I. Never had one issue in the entire time we were there, no matter where we traveled. Excellent download/upload speeds and excellent coverage. We saved about $435 dollars on out of country roaming charges through Verizon and will definitely use this product again next year.

For a month of my trip to Japan, I never had a lack of internet for even a minute. The battery lasts a long time. I recommend purchasing your service from Japan Wireless.

Picked up the device from Haneda airport. It worked very well for the two weeks we were in Tokyo.

The process was great, and I had no problems. The internet connection was good and fast.

We were very satisfied with the pocket wi-fi from japan wireless. The connection was very good throughout. It's easy to use and the battery had very high endurance. It never ran out, even on days where we were out in the city for 12 hours. We used it for 12 days and it only disconnected maybe 3 to 5 times in total, and even then, one press of a button was enough to get it reconnected in the matter of seconds. There was no limit on high-speed WiFi, it was very fast the whole time. The return was also convenient, it came with the return envelope already prepared, we didn't have to prepare anything ourselves. We would definitely order it again.
