So glad we got one of these! Easy to collect from the airport from a friendly staff member. Easy to connect to (can accept multiple users with a good range). Also comes with a back up power pack which we actually didn't really use, but good to know we had it (can also be used to recharge your phone with the correct connector). Very good connectivity even in the middle of nowhere. Fantastic all round. Highly recommended.

Works as advertised with only a few and minor hiccups. Overall a good deal.

This was my 2nd time using this service and it's simply the best!

The Wi-fi works well and able to keep 3 devices connected constantly without issues.
Battery tends to last the whole day, so just charging it at the end of the day is sufficient for a whole day's requirement.

Did it’s job and gave good Wi-Fi through Japan

We ordered two units for hotel pickup on arrival. Package was waiting for us upon check in. We didn’t experience any problems during our ten day stay in Japan. We were able to drop the units off in the prepaid envelope at Haneda airport. I highly recommend Japan Wireless.

This is my second time using this for my travels in Japan! I appreciate the ease of getting the device, use and return!
