Signal never breaks, excelent.

Everything was perfect; items received as ordered. WiFi was excellent. Returning of the items was child’s play.

made the trip so much easier!

Thank you for pick up and drop off at the hotel, very convenient!

It was a good ti had this pocket wifi has good signal.it helps allt navigating the area of japan

The instruction is very clear and the wifi speed is fast enough for working purpose.

Easiest way to have internet while traveling in Japan. Easy to use, reliable and safe, you just need to connect your device and go!

The device was delivered directly to the hotel and in the room when we checked in. And return was simply dropping it off at any mailbox with the packing provided. Reception and service was great in the cities, never losing connectivity wherever we went. But we did experience slow connection for brief periods in very crowded places (i.e. watching evening fireworks at a Disney park). Internal battery at full charge was enough to last for 12-14 hours (2 devices connected) with 15-20% power to spare, but the portable charger was a nice addition for those who worry about the battery dying at the end of the night. Would totally recommend just for the ease of not having to worry about roaming internet charges.

The Web Page for Ordered the Wifi Service is very easy and very fast to use
is great service

The order arrived almost immediately and was super easy to return. We never had issues with connectivity throughout the trip and could connect up to 4 devices without any issues. Perfect service, thank you!
