My husband and I used the Japan Wireless pocket WiFi for 15 days while traveling throughout Japan in April/May 2023. It was an indispensable part of our travels. It worked everywhere except for some parts while traveling on the shinkansen/bullet train. The battery, however, lasted us all day. Be sure to power it off at night while charging so it starts fresh in the morning. Sometimes we had to restart the device to get it to work, but then it was perfectly fine. The pickup and drop-off at Narita Airport was very easy. Highly recommend.

Having a Japan Wireless hotspot during our stay in Japan was a life saver. It made our travel so easy, it was always working perfectly, I could Cary it at all time in my small purse and it came with a battery charge. Sending the device back was so easy and convenient.
