Pocket Wi-Fi was used for 2 weeks and it was pretty fast. Great device, high recommend!

Although it took a while for Japan wireless to get back to me when I had a problem with the pocket wifi when they did they could not have been more helpful. They handled the problem professionally and efficiently and kept me as a customer. Thank you.

I booked the pocket WiFi on the day of travelling. I later received an email apologising for short notice and asking for alternative address to deliver. However to my surprise I found the pocket WiFi available in Narita Airport Post Office and ready for pickup!

Service was great. Picking up the device was very easy. Coupon discounts specified in the online purchase need to be properly applied. Since Japan Wireless also does not provide itemized receipts, if I was not paying attention to my credit card statement, I would not have known about the missing discount.

So glad i found this service prior to arriving to Tokyo. When I got to the hotel the wireless router was already delivered. The set contained the router, a charger and a powerbank which was super handy! Returning the units was super easy in a provided envelope. Cant recommend this service enough! Well done and thank you!

A très bien fonctionné, le boitier est petit et leger. Je le recommande fortement grâce à cela j'ai pu communiquer en Japonais via internet sans me soucier des coûts.
