Service worked perfecty

Delivery was on time and SIM card functions well as long as it is being used in a compatible mobile phone model.

No issues at all with the service. The instructions were clear and it was easy to set up the WiFi to connect. Speed was always stable and I never experienced any issue when I needed to connect. I was also able to share the connection with my friends. It was also great value to have a powerbank included. Will definitely avail of again the next time I visit Japan.

Although Japan had internet connectivity in most areas of Tokyo, once we left the area this pocket Wi-Fi was wonderful. Super small and convenient. Don’t wander around Japan without a gadget like this! Fantastic!

We used japan wireless pocket wi-fi in Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Yokohama, Atami and during our metro and shinkasen travel.
Service was very reliable and we did not interrupted.

Great service, easy to use and everything was smooth.

I recently had the pleasure of using Japan Wireless during my trip to Japan in May, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in terms of reliability and affordability. I was in need of a dependable mobile service to stay connected throughout my travels, and Japan Wireless delivered flawlessly.
I highly recommend Japan Wireless for anyone planning a trip to Japan. The combination of affordability, reliability, and excellent customer service makes them a top choice for travelers. I will definitely be using their service again in the future, as it has become an essential part of my travel experience.

Pick up and return process is very easy, pick up from post office inside narita airport and it’s include return envelope which I dropped at the same place. Using is so simple just put the password then instantly connected to the internet! Very recommended!

Worked out great for our trip
