Easy pickup and return! These WiFi boxes worked great throughout all the cities in Japan we traveled to. I would definitely recommend.

So helpful in Japan! Easy pick up and drop off, but you have to remember to drop it in the mailbox BEFORE AIRPORT SECURITY. This is the second time I’ve rented from Japan Wireless and would do so again!

This was great for my one month trip to Japan. The coverage covered the major city without much hiccups and the speed was adequate for my needs.

We had a great experience with Japan Wireless. We arrived late in the evening to Japan and they shipped our wireless to the hotel. It was waiting there when we arrived. The unit, battery and chargers all worked seamlessly and were reliable - great access to service where ever we went! Returning the unit at the airport was also so convenient. Just make sure to look for the return prior to going through security! It is not obviously marked so just ask anyone - everyone was so helpful!

I had a great experience using the pocket wifi. It was super easy to set up and get connected (did it while still at the airport). I never had any issues with connectivity and the battery lasted all day. They included an extra battery pack but I never needed it. It was hard to find their little kiosk in the airport because they have dozens of little kiosks in the airport so I didn't know which one was the one I needed to go to, but all the employees were super helpful and pointed me in the right direction.

Very good service. Wifi always available. easy pick up and return.
