Japan wireless wifi modem option has again, served us extremely well on our Japan travels, wherever we travelled too, we had fast and stable wifi for our whole family, hotel delivery and airport return has been flawless, would highly recommend for first timers or seasoned travellers to Japan

The product/service was very reliable throughout our stay in Japan. The internet service was fast. Just need to be mindful of its battery but they provide a powerbank to get you through a day. Highly recommended!

Never disappointed me

Such a great service, very easy to deal with. Arrived at first hotel and wifi was waiting for us. Easy to return. Used hundreds of gb during our trip, so much more freeing than relying on data. Helped keep phones charged much better too, as we weren't hopping cell towers for data connections. Charged device over night, was ready for a full day of 2 phones attacking it. Some days we plugged it in and it was only on 50%, other days it was 10% but this was very heavy usage days. Very convenient in size, fit in my pacsafe vibe 150 bag with no issues. Won't visit Japan without one of these! Very good price given what it provided us in the modern world.

Directions were clear on where to pickup and return the pocket wifi. The pocket wifi is easy to use, and has strong connections.
