excellent device - little difficult finding the desk at kansai airport

Great product and easy to quickly install.

Pocket wifi did as advertize. I'm renting it again when we come back for another vacation.

Rented pocket wi-fi for about 10 days. They had it waiting at my hotel at check-in as promised and device worked flawlessly the entire trip. It came with a back up battery but I never had to used it even though I had 2 devices attached all day long with fairly heavy usage. Return was simple, the hardest thing was just finding the drop box at the airport. Will definitely use Japan Wireless on my next trip

Great little gadget, keeps you connected to the world.

Recently spending 3.5 weeks in Japan visiing various cities and the southern islands we found our pocket WiFi service invaluable. We ran 3-4 devices regularly and didn't find any drop-outs, throttling or limited service.
The collect and return procedures were easy too, and I would recommend the Premium service to any tourist visiting more isolated parts of Japan.
