It was cool have an wireless wifi with us, even at the biggest forest too.

If the reservation dates could be modified online that would be even better.

Otherwise, the devices were good and had good connections.

Makes travel smooth and easy. I always use their services when visiting Japan. Good rates, super good coverage countywide including Okinawa and the outer islands. Device is just the right size to fit in your pocket. 🤙🏽

Was extremely useful while travelling. Found instructions a little confusing to begin with but easily picked up by younger person (I was tired). Retrieval instructions clear and dispatched at hotel at end of trip. Was recommended to me and I would do same.

Easy to setup. Internet everywhere I went in Japan. Note that the pickup location at Haneda is hard to find -- You have to ask around. Apart from that, it couldn't get any easier.

We picked up SIM card at airport. Very easy to install it our phone, just plug and play. Speed is good but not super fast. Good enough for Google map, look up info from internet, and watch YouTube. We travelled to different parts of Japan and it works fine. Will definitly use it again if going back to Japan.

We ordered our wifi pocket on monday evening and received it on wednesday morning.
We used it without problem for our month stay in Japan.
I recommend it.

Rent mobile router with unlimited data plan. Multiple times in the last 10 years. Delivery to hotel with reception (not self-check) possible. Return in pre-addresed carton sleeve, just drop it in any 'red' mailbox, at the airport before security check.

Seamless pickup and drop off, reasonable cost and the additional battery was a nice touch. Had no issues for most of the weeklong trip. Only issue is there were times the signal dropped off and I had to restart the device. It happened thrice during the whole trip, but not that big of an issue to remove a star. Overall, happy with the whole usage experience!
