The unlimited plan for the pocket Wi-Fi was amazing. Worked everywhere and was convenient . 10/10 recommend to get this one

I was quite impressed by how this unit worked. It did take me a couple of days, however, to realize that the auxiliary battery pack had to be turned off when not in use, otherwise it would slowly discharge over the course of the day. Once I figure that out, it worked flawlessly. I will use one of these units again, the next time I in Japan.

Absolutely loved this! Easy to find at airport, pick up router, then use QR code to activate- SUPER SIMPLE! Great customer service too- returning the router in the provided envelope was very easy and smooth, just be sure you take care of it before going through TSA/security.

Being first time visitors to Japan, we were relying heavily on gps and wireless data. Thanks to Japan-wireless, we were always connected.

Convenient, wish it had a better location in the airport like a storefront but overall, good Wi-Fi service throughout Japan. Will use it again when I return to Japan

Having the pocket wirless device was very handy. It was easy to set up and use. We would get kicked off periodically, but for the most part we only had to reconnect and keep going.

Wifi was delivered on time and no concerns in connectivity .

Excellent. Would definitely recommend. Easy to collect from Kansai airport and dropped it in a mailbox in Tokyo. Never had a problem at all with it or battery running out and convenient to use across different devices.
