Our wi-fi was waiting for us at the hotel, with an extra battery and charger. It was super fast and never dropped service. We used another company last time and had to constantly turn our phones off and on to reconnect. Not this time! Always connected and stayed connected, even in the country side in Fukuoka. I think the hardest part was trying to find the mailbox at Fukuoka airport! Thanks Japan Wireless--we will use you again next time!

Everything was easy from the pickup to the return with Japanese Post. Instructions were easy to follow. The hot spot worked flawlessly and made our trip a lot easier with less hassle.

I ordered a portable wifi from Japan Wireless before my 2 week trip to Japan. Everything was seamless - picked up package at Narita Airport as requested and dropped off to mailbox before leaving Tokyo. Wireless system worked great during travels all over Japan. Highly recommend!

The wifi provided by Japan Wireless was extremely helpful. It was reliable and so convenient to pick up at the hotel, set up to our phones, and return at the airport when we left.
