Easy to use, to return, battery always very good

So convenient. We received our SIM card as soon as we checked in the hotel. Simple instructions and we have Data the whole week we were in Tokyo. Just hot spotted to our other devices.

We ordered two hotspots for our family of five in Japan (Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka) and they were delivered to our hotel upon our arrival, came with portable chargers, and it was super easy to mail them back at the airport in their pre-addressed envelopes.

Enjoyed good internet travelling around Japan which added to our lovely holiday

It was so easy to order and it arrived to the hotel lobby. I never had any problem with the coverage and the internet was very fast. And when I was done I just put it in the mailbox.

I have been using Japan Wireless to rent a pocket wifi every time I go back to Japan for the past 5+ years. They have great customer services. When my flight was delayed, I emailed to their customer service desk from the departing airport to ask them to send the device to my parent's home address because I wouldn't be able to get to the pick-up station at the airport in time due to the flight delay. They addressed the issue promptly and I received the device before noon the day after my arrival at the new address, so that I didn't have to go back to the airport to pick it up. I have also extended my rental period multiple times. It's easy to do it online. Great services and great price! I highly recommend Japan Wireless if you are travelling to Japan.

The wifi worked wonderfully and smoothly through our our entire stay within Japan. Everything about it was extremely convenient,
and hassle free. Would definitely recommend it to anyone going to Japan.
