Reserved online and picked up from Haneda airport. Pick up was in a ducked off area but was able to ask someone for help. Set up was easy with instructions and cables all packed in a convenient zippered bag. drop off before airport security was pretty easy too.

I used my phone constantly to translate Japanese to English. I also used my phone's maps/ navigation all the time. The extra battery they included in the rental came in handy on a few days that I was out and about for more than 10 hours. I'm happy I went with Japan Wireless and had them deliver the device to my hotel so it was waiting for me when I checked in.

The wifi made our trip so easily accessible when booking tourist attractions and looking up the public transportation schedules. Also we could also keep in contact with our friends who reside in Japan.

Easy and cheap Highly recommended

Having wifi for our trip was a necessity. We were VERY happy with our rental of the device. It supported 3 of us on our phones and was easy to charge and travel with. Returning was extremely easy and efficient. Highly recommend to anyone traveling in Japan.
