We rent the pocket wireless for a month. It was very helpful to have high speed internet with us all the time. The price was good. Pickup and return was convenient. We will definitely use it again when we visit Japan next time.

Very efficient service

I'm very happy japan-wireless customer. Everything was perfectly fine. Getting the device was very easy and simple as well as returning. Hardware and network speed was extremely well. Price was the lowest in the market. Literally nothing more to add than say big thank you.👍

Wifi/google maps is a must have in Japan, wifi was always fast a reliable!

Only place it didn’t work too well was on the bullet train from Tokyo to Osaka

Japan Wireless never let me down (whether I was in the northern countryside in a remote village, in Buddhist temple jungles or navigating the underground mazes of the Kyoto Train Station. Super strong signal, clear instructions, back up charger and long lasting battery. Never worried about Google Maps dropping or Google Camera-Text Translate pausing mid sentence. Fabulous connection! When I visit Japan again, Japan Wireless is the very first thing I order to my lodging so it's there for Day 1!
