We have used Japan Wireless several times while traveling in Japan. The wireless routers worked well and delivery and return were easy.

Pocket wifi is very dependable

By far, the most convenient way to have unlimited data while visiting Japan. Affordable and reliable connection. I highly recommend it.

Great speed national coverage. Definitely recommended

Mobile router (and associated power cable and additional battery) was waiting for us at our first hotel, and at the end of our trip we dropped this into a mailbox. Extremly convenient. Excellent coverage everywhere (Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka and several smaller cities).

No nos dio ningún problema en los 10 días que estuvimos. Se equivocaron y nos dieron un cable que no valía, pero por suerte teníamos nosotros uno que si. La batería no duraba mucho y se calentaba bastante pero gracias a la batería externa consigues aguantar más o menos un día entero.

We traveled to Japan for 2 weeks in July 2023 and found this portable hub very useful when using Google maps and internet to navigate around the city. Pick up is a bit hard to find and far from where you pick up luggage at the Narita airport, but instructions were clear and easy to set up. Price was competitive, connection speed was good throughout the trip, even when we were in Japanese alps, outside of main city area. This is good to have if you are looking for reliable and reasonable internet connection while on the go in Japan.

Very convenient to have as a tourist

It was so easy to order, directions for pick-up and return were very clear. My family enjoyed good internet access while touring around Tokyo. Will definitely rent again when we go back.
