Excellent wifi provider. Very convenient delivery of the wifi to hotel.

I arranged hire from Japan Wireless on line before leaving home. The package was waiting for me at the hotel when I arrived. The wifi worked extremely well for our time in Japan and I mailed everything back in the supplied envelope before entering the airport. I would recommend Japan wireless to everyone. The service was excellent.

Service was very efficient from putting in the initial order, and having to make 2 change orders , and the drop off at the airport.

The device is really nice and has good signal, the extra battery pack does make a difference. The user experience in JPN is much better than the wireless egg I rented in Korea.

They dropped off at my hotel and I dropped off in a mail box at the airport before I flew out. The reception was great everywhere I took. Only thing is that you need to restart the unit every time you enter a different city.

So easy to use and return.

The service was super easy and convenient! The wifi worked perfectly and was never slow and the complimentary portable charger was super handy

Arrived early in hotel with good and easy instructions to set up. Wifi quality was great and connectivity excellent. However had some problems during charging and wires /adaptor were not functional sometimes. Otherwise great and would recommend its use.
