Sin duda la mejor opción, muy cómodo y tuvimos conexión duranto todo el viaje. Lo único que el aparato estaba ardiendo, pero también es verdad que fuimos en verano y el sol aprieta. Repetiremos seguro!!

The internet is fast

Wifi egg lasted pretty much all day compare to Korean one lasts half a day. Pickup and Return process was so much easier as to use post office in the airport. Thank you.

I ordered this after I arrived. The wi-fi arrived quickly, on time, and worked perfectly the whole time we were there! I didn’t realize how much I actually needed this! Thank you!

Great service
Easy return

Always the japanese are prompt!

(+) Modem was delivered at the hotel
(+) Extra battery was very helpful
(+) Envelope for posting the modem when leaving Japan
(+) Excellent price
(-) Sometimes the internet was very slow but mostly in remote areas outside big cities

Easy to configure, excellent coverage

Pick up at Narita airport was quick and seamless. Setting up the wifi was easy. We travelled around Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto and did not encounter any problems.

I was so pleased with both the service received and the ease of use of Japan Wireless' pocket WiFi on my recent trip to Osaka. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Thank you.
