Swift and easy application process and highly reliable service for our stay in Japan! Will get the same provider when we go back.😊

Quick to book and collect from the airport when we landed.
Easy to set-up and get our devices connected. The charge held for the whole day.
Would recommend.

Very convenient to pick up and return device.

My flight was delayed so by the time we arrived at
Kansai their office was already closed. I was given options on how to get the device without having to go back to the airport.

We got the device WiFi Box delivered to our hotel. The package included all instructions, accessories & returned envelope. Very convenient & easy for our 1st time visit JP! Definitely, We will use your business again !!

We rented this pocket Wi-Fi for almost 2 weeks when we were in Japan. Super easy process to order online. Pickup and drop-off was convenient. Device was very reliable as well. Would highly recommend this to anyone traveling to Japan.

Japan Wireless is super seamless and reliable. The connection speed is excellent on both city and province in Japan. It even comes with its own powerbank. Will definitely use it again on my next Japan trip.

the wifi worked brilliantly, we had great connection everywhere including on the trains while travelling throughout Japan. The wifi range was also fantastic allowing us to connect up to 25/30m away from the dongle. Would definitely recommend!
