Someone stole my wireless modem and package in Tokyo.
Since we were leaving Tokyo the next morning, Japan Wireless delivered a new one to our hotel that night for a small fee. Then, the police found the first modem so Japan Wireless refunded me some of my money back! Amazing!

The whole experience was positive and the equipment worked very well. Just read and follow the instructions on the Email, on the box or envelope and that's it.

Rented a wifi hotspot device from July 5 to July 17, 2023. Device arrived exactly at the time I requested and the place I requested. Device worked great as my family and I needed to use maps in trying to navigate through the rail systems. Well worth the money!

No hassle portable wi-fi.
Easy pick up at airport after pre-ordering on line. Device worked well, no problems at all.
Posted back at a mailbox in the airport when leaving again. It came with a return paid envelope.

Process was pretty easy. If I had placed my order earlier, I could've picked it up from Haneda. However, I booked it just before we departed and after the 14 hour flight and 1 hour travel time to the hotel, my pocket wifi and battery pack were already waiting for me. Amazing timing and so easy to return at the mailbox at Haneda. Will use again!

I've used Japan wireless twice now while vacationing in Japan. It delivers up to everything it sells itself as. The battery life consistently lasted a little over 12 hours for me and recharged quickly. Even if you need more out of it, Japan wireless provides an external battery pack alongside it! The only times I found the internet to give me trouble was in subways, but that's to be expected. I was never worried about not having internet.
