An excellent piece of equipment to help you access all the information you need to make the most of your time in Japan. I wouldn't hesitate to use Jspan wireless again.

Didn’t have any problems from reserving , pick up ,using and returning. Definitely worth every yen .

We rented a premium WiFi router for our trip in Japan. The pick up and return was very convenient.
The router worked very well during the complete trip.
Communication and information from Japan Wireless was very clear and good.

Great product! The battery life was really long and we got good signal across four devices.

Having wifi in Japan is really a great help especially when trying to figure out the directions, train station schedule and posting your adventures in social media 😊 Kidding aside, Japan wireless is a reliable pocket wifi in Japan. Will be using again in our future trip.

I ordered 2 pocket WiFi for our 10days stay in Japan for my whole family. Easy to order and very convenient to pick up at Narita airport. It helps us to communicate to each other. Instructions are easy to understand too. When we’re done we just drop it off at post office by Narita airport too. I highly recommend this .

The rental procedures are easy to grab and return to post office. And the connections are quite stable.

Japan wireless is very easy to deal with. When I arrived at my hotel , the pocket WiFi was already there waiting for me . WiFi mobile service is good and very reliable. Will surely use it again when I go back to Japan . Thank you.

Easy to get, to use and also return

I ordered the wifi for 2 weeks to be delivered to my hotel upon arrival. It was waiting for me at check in. I used it traveling in Hookaido, down to Honshu (Aomori, Hirosaki, Arita, Sakata, Toyama to Tokyo with no problems.
I also used it previously in Osaka for 2 weeks again it was at hotel check in. Used it going from Tokyo to Nagoya, Kyoto, Osaka, Aoi, Kurasaki, Okayama, Hiroshima again without any problems. The battery pack had ample reserve for the wifi system. Connection was very good making wifi calls.
It comes with a self stamped return pack which can be dropped off at the airport red boxes before leaving which is very convenient. I’ve been using their services for many years. Excellent service! Jkh USA
