Easy to get, to use and also return

I ordered the wifi for 2 weeks to be delivered to my hotel upon arrival. It was waiting for me at check in. I used it traveling in Hookaido, down to Honshu (Aomori, Hirosaki, Arita, Sakata, Toyama to Tokyo with no problems.
I also used it previously in Osaka for 2 weeks again it was at hotel check in. Used it going from Tokyo to Nagoya, Kyoto, Osaka, Aoi, Kurasaki, Okayama, Hiroshima again without any problems. The battery pack had ample reserve for the wifi system. Connection was very good making wifi calls.
It comes with a self stamped return pack which can be dropped off at the airport red boxes before leaving which is very convenient. I’ve been using their services for many years. Excellent service! Jkh USA

Pick up was very easy, and activating the pocket wifi was also easy. It provided fast and reliable connection throughout my entire trip, and will definitely be using Japan wireless again in my next trip to Japan!

We rented this pocket Wi-Fi for almost 2 weeks when we were in Japan. Super easy process to order online. Pickup and drop-off was convenient. Device was very reliable as well. Would highly recommend this to anyone traveling to Japan.
