We visited Japan for two weeks. We connected two regular iPhones and two no-cell-service iPhones (wifi only; used by children) to this device. It was great to have this connection to the Internet for us on the trip! (Strangely, wifi calling seemed to work during the Japanese day, but failed at night, which was a problem for me since I needed to call the US during US-day. However, I don't know that Japan Wireless had any control over this or if my US carrier, Verizon, was the problem.) The device was delivered to my hotel in Tokyo soon before I arrived. And I mailed it at the Haneda airport before departure. I would be happy to have the same type of device for my next trip to Japan.

Easy pick up and drop off. We were a party of 6 with 8-10 devices connected at a time and the speed and connectivity was great.

I ordered 2 pocket WiFi for our 10days stay in Japan for my whole family. Easy to order and very convenient to pick up at Narita airport. It helps us to communicate to each other. Instructions are easy to understand too. When we’re done we just drop it off at post office by Narita airport too. I highly recommend this .

The rental procedures are easy to grab and return to post office. And the connections are quite stable.

Japan wireless is very easy to deal with. When I arrived at my hotel , the pocket WiFi was already there waiting for me . WiFi mobile service is good and very reliable. Will surely use it again when I go back to Japan . Thank you.
