Excellent product, worked absolutely everywhere. Delivery as well as sending back was easy due to very customer focussed time sensitivity and clear instructions!! Will always use again if we are coming to Japan again!

The pocket wifi conveniently arrived at my hotel the day before my arrival. It had good, reliable service throughout my stay in Japan. The battery pack was helpful on especially long days. Return at the airport with the self-addressed stamped envelope was easy!

The pocket Wi-Fi's were ready for pickup as promised. It was easy to setup (5 minutes) and use right away. Very easy to return via postal service (return envelope included). Service was great throughout Japan, and the price was affordable. Speed was decent. I recommend japan-wireless if you want internet in Japan.
