After a few missteps at the airport trying to find the pickup location booth, it was all very easy. Had to reboot once in 5 days but used the whole time with good connection. Would use again. Drop into mailbox was convenient

I got the pocket wifi to use on my trip to Japan. The wifi lasted all day. We would have it on during the day when we were out and never had to charge it. We connected four devices at a time, and it never slowed down. It worked great no matter where we were, even in the small town of Yoro. I got it shipped to the hotel, which worked for me because I was visiting someone who knew their way around, but if not, I would recommend picking it up at the airport so you can use maps immediately. I had to ask the front desk for my package. The setup was super easy, and the wifi was light, making everything easy to carry. It was also super easy to return. I dropped it off at Haneda airport at Terminal 3. I would use this service again. It made the process of pocket wifi super easy.

This was the perfect eSim for my trip to Japan. There were no issues, it worked perfectly the entire time I was there. Can't fault it at all

The best! Easy set-up and clear instructions. Wi-Fi worked perfectly! Did not experience any disconnections

Everything was very simple and easy, from ordering, to picking up and returning. It was definitely convenient, and we will definitely be back on our next visit to Japan.

All perfect, just a little problem with the device battery being a bit low all the time

Delivered in our hotel as we arrived and super easy to return at the airport

Nothing bad to say; we have found the device at the postal office in airport, as agreed. The device worked perfectly. The charger was not dimensioned properly in fact it was heating a lot but it was not a problem to find alternatives.

Everything fine. The only odd thing is to have to leave the device inside a post box, without a receipt or proof of having done it.
