Delivered at the post office in Narita as promised, very easy to connect and worked everywhere from Tokyo to Fukuoka. Additional charged powerbank comes very handy.

It was easy to use, and it was very convenient because there was a signal no matter where I went. I use it every time I go to Japan.👍

I got some issue (can’t call domestically in Japan) when I was travelling in Japan and I made an inquiry over there in Tokyo. A lady called Bindan(?) who speaks very good Japanese, helped me out on the phone and by email and solved the problem for me. I was so worried as I couldn’t call my sister and friends living in Japan with my iPhone I took with me from Australia, so very happy with her prompt service. I will try use your service again when going over to Japan again in the future!

Traveled through out Japan and never had any issues. Pickup and drop off were convenient and the device easy to use.

Pick-up was relatively easy. I had to go to the Ninja Wireless kiosk to pick up my reservation. Before I leave Japan, I usually return the WiFi device by mail (as opposed to carrying it back to the airport) and look for postal boxes around my hotel. Sometimes hotels will not include it in their mail. Anyway, highly recommended!

This is my first time using a pocket wifi in Japan and honestly, it was so simple. The device was already waiting at the hotel for me. It was reliable and internet was never lagging. My husband used a eSIM on his phone and we noticed his internet was slower mine.
