Very happy with the pocket WiFi and the ease of picking it up, setting it up and dropping it back!

Travelling for 10 days around Tokyo, Hakone & Kyoto. I bought the 4G package which worked perfectly everywhere we went.
It was my first time using an eSIM so I was a little apprehensive about activating it on arrival in Japan. I needn’t have worried.

The airport WiFi was strong and connecting with the QR code was really easy!

I'm 69 but found their instructions to set up easy to follow. It was delivered to our hotel as requested.

I had pre purchased an e-sim from another provider which failed to work and left me stranded, even though it said it was compatible with my phone. I used starbucks free wifi and purchased the Japan wireless esim and within seconds I was connected to the network without any hassles. It worked perfectly for the duration of my travels everywhere I went. Next time I travel I will definitely purchase the Japan Wireless esim it was a lifesaver. I use Samsung Galaxy S21.

cannot imagine traveling in Japan without portable router in this period of time, and Japan Wireless is simply the best, affordable, with great customer help and care and a product like good shoes, it helps you get where you want to go.
