I cannot say enough how much of a great service it was to have readily available Wi-Fi in Japan. As a foreigner, it was extremely helpful to have access to convenient high speed internet while traveling in Japan.

Wifi worked without fail. The power bank was added peace of mind.

Ordered/paid in the US, and picked up at Narita terminal 1 fourth floor post office and started using it right away. For our two week trip in Japan, it was a must-have and a life saver. The signals were excellent everywhere we went, and the speed was fast. My son was gaming the whole time and the speed worked well and the unlimited data was a plus. The pocket wifi's internal battery lasted pretty much the whole day and rarely did I need to use the backup battery (included, which was a nice touch). Return was a breeze also (return envelope included) simply by dropping it at Narita's mail box (right before the security checkpoint/next to the airline check-in counter.

It was my first time to use it and I was so pleased with the service, convenience and the quality of the data signals. Will rent the device again next time
