Very good and useful service!

Reliable internet and convenient pickup/dropoff

Very easy to pick up... Very comfortable to bring along.

We needed this to travel to Aizuwakamatsu and everything was so smooth. From receiving the item to sending it back at the airport, all the instructions were given prior to landing Japan.

Have to say that this is the best wireless internet I have used. Never had any drop outs and we have been to a lot of places in Japan. So far there have been no dead zones unlike in most Australian capital cities. It leaves wireless internet in Australia years behind in connectivity and speed. Highly recommend

Very convenient as far as the transaction of acquiring and returning the unit was. We never had any down time as far as the connection during our wntire atay in tokyo goes

This is my second time with this product. Works great. I had to reboot a few times as it was locked up. Minor compared to it’s functionality
