Convenient and easy to use

No issues. Easy to buy - easy to use - easy to return.
There was never a drop in service and we were able to consistently link 3 phones + other devices the entire time.

after we picked up our device at the airport, the connection was easily made with our phone; you have to re-charge the battery every evening, but in our case, it lasted the whole day - we got access to all the websites we needed swiftly and without interruptions - we would surely recommend!

Internet Connection was stable all throughout our trip.

Japan Wireless was convenient and their wifi puck was easy to set-up. I had great service during my stay in Japan and did not have to mess with cell carriers and getting a SIM card for my phone. I appreciated having an extra power bank and the clear directions. Return via Japanese post box was a breeze. Thank you so much, I will definitely use your service the next time I i Japan!

Rented the pocket wifi for the second time from Japan Wireless. Everything was easy and smooth. Very simple and clear instructions for booking, connecting to internet and returning the pocket wifi. The internet connection was good during the rental period. No problem at all. Will keep using it whenever I have a trip to Japan.

The second time we have used Japan Wireless and we are very happy with the service. Two travelers in the Tokyo, Yokohama, Kyoto, Nara areas used one wireless hub for two phones and two computers, for email, web browsing and posting, mapping, texting. Worked very well.
