Helpful with outages

I would highly recommend renting your Wifi device from Japan Wireless. I made reservation for (4) devices and picked it up from Hanenda terminal 3 airport. They had the package ready for pick up and the Wifi devices charged up ready to use. One of my friend forgot to mail the device back and brought it back to the USA. I contacted Japan wireless and they just had me mail it back to them less the external battery because you can't sent lithium battery via air. The fee was only 2200 yen. The customer service was ichiban!

Very Fast, and very convenient. We will rent again.

This is a very convenient service and easy to use. I would recommend this product to anyone.

During my recent trip to Kyoto and Tokyo, I shared this hotspot with my dad and uncle. Everything worked easily, and the battery lasted the whole day. I was glad I purchased it!

Japan Wireless made my travel in Japan a breeze with their portable wifi service. The device was easy to use, and the internet speed was impressive, even in remote areas. The long battery life ensured uninterrupted connectivity throughout my adventures. Definitely a must-have for anyone exploring Japan!

Great convenience and service. Japan Wireless is my go to everytime.

I’m so glad I chose Japan Wireless. No problem picking up and returning. Perfect signal anywhere too.
