Very easy to use and worked very well. Picked up at Narita and dropped off at Osaka (KIX).

Great service throughout the 10 days I was there. Will definitely recommend

I recently rented a pocket Wi-Fi device during my trip to Japan, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The device was delivered at the hotel and came with clear instructions. It was lightweight, fit easily in my bag and the battery life lasted the entire day with regular use.
The connection was fast and stable throughout my trip. Streaming, browsing, and using maps worked flawlessly, which made exploring Japan so much easier.
Returning the device was just as simple as picking it up, with a prepaid envelope included for drop-off at the airport or in any mailbox on the street.

It's the third time we used it and it havet never failed

Great product and service! Product worked flawlessly throughput all of Japan. Service was great from immediately responding to all of my emailed questions to delivery of the device to my hotel, and the easy return.
