We have rented portable WIFI’s from Japan-Wireless on numerous occasions and have always had good experiences with their products and the overall service provided. Highly recommended.

Japan wireless is the company to go for all your connectivity needs. If your phone isn’t unlocked the wireless router has a ling lasting battery and also includes a portable battery pack! I highly reccomend it.

The unit had a good charge to last me for most of the day, it did take long to charge but that is normal. The wifi connection was good too. I had some issues with scheduling the pick up but customer service was helpful.

We ordered two and they were delivered to our hotel and worked fantastic. We were then able to return them back to Japan Wireless at the airport, as they provided the postage bags to make our life easy. Thank you. Top service

Airport pickup was booked for all other providers and then i realized i can have it delivered to our hotel. They were able to provide a tracking number and updates also reflected real time. Will purchase again for my next Japan trips.

I stayed in Japan for a little over a week and this pocket wifi saved me from having no cell phone service :)
