It was my first time to rent a Wifi device online for Japan travel purpose and the experience was absolutely satisfying.
First you pick it up in the airport along the walk path to the train station. Once you got the wifi device, you can immediately activate and connect your personal devices and start using navigation tools which is very important for travelling around Tokyo. Morethan the speed of internet connection, the device can last a full day and still have a power bank for extended hours without charging. On top of it, you can return the device at any mail box or better the mail box in the airport departure. Just drop it there and its done.
Hustle free connection from pickup until return of the device.

Easy pick up, easy drop off, service while using was excellent and much needed!!

I used Japan Wireless for 11 days in Japan. I picked up the pocket wifi at Haneda, and it was easy to find. They were waiting for me! I used the equipment for 11 days in Tokyo, Nara, Osaka, and Kyoto with great reception and no problems. Drop off at the mailbox in Haneda when I was leaving was also simple and straightforward. They sent me email confirmation the next day that they had received my equipment. I highly recommend Japan Wireless!

Pocket wifi connection was strong and fast everywhere we went, and battery power lasted all day. It was also very easy to use.

The service was very good. The equipment worked well and connections had good range. Items were at the hotel when we arrived. And return was a snap with the envelope and labeling included. We got an email confirmation 2 days later that the equipment was received.
