Perfect.

Service was great. The package was at our hotel when we arrived. WiFi worked well everywhere. Price was very reasonable. Very happy with the decision to go with Japan Wireless.

Easy to order, to pick up and to start. Thr signal was perfect everywhere. We will do it again.

Family of four, we all shared this one device and it met all of our needs. Pickup and drop-off were very easy.

WiFi was delivered to and waiting at my Hotel upon arrival. It was very easy to setup and get connection. Charging was very easy and fast. Return was very quick and easy when following the instructions.

Me encantó,nunca tuve problemas con el internet, tuve señal todo el tiempo, incluso otras personas que contrataron otro sistema a veces no tenían señal y a mi nunca me faltó, la pila dura perfecto de 8 a 10 HRS, trae su cargador. Yo estuve muy a gusto y lo recomiendo al 💯

Perfect coverage, fast speed, great battery life and excellent customer service. I would definitely use Japan Wireless and their pocket wifi again on my next trip to Japan

In a last minute scramble, I was able to reserve a pocket wifi online on the day of departure to Japan. Easy pickup at Osaka airport, I just had an issue finding the counter however the airport information desk guided me quickly.
