I was referred by a friend to rent a WiFi Hot Spot from Japan Wireless for our 13 day Japan trip. The process was very easy! Easy Online order, picked the device at Narita Airport at JAL counter. Opened the package, powered it on, scanned the QR code and BAM! We have internet! The return process was easy as well. They provided a prepaid mailing envelope and we dropped off the device at Narita Airport in a RED BOX just before we entered the gates.

easy pick up, return & set up

Ordering the pocket Wi-Fi online was a breeze. Picking it up at the airport was seamless, as was the return process. I used it throughout my seven-day trip in Japan, and it worked flawlessly. I'll definitely be ordering this product every time I visit Japan.

This pocket wifi service was so convenient! I ordered it to be delivered to the hotel where I was staying. It got there before I did. Came with charger, case and returned stamped envelope. Just put in the password and good for the 7 days I was there. Always good wifi service, even in the Shinkansen moving from Tokyo-Kyoto and back. You can’t miss the drop off box at any airport before going thru security. Definitely recommend and will be using again, if coming back to Japan.

Easy to use and easy to pick up

The premium wifi worked great wherever I traveled in Japan, even in the Gifu mountains and traveling around the Shimabara peninsula! No problem with the wifi losing battery, and powering came in handy for recharging my phone on the go.

No issue at all, I recommend it

Delivered in just 3 days to my hostel, installed without any difficulty. And no issue with data usage. GPS positionning was a bit vague in Tokyo but that's all. In short, it is a reliable internet access solution for travellers for managing the trip, messaging, sending pictures to relatives and so on. Surely not the best for watching videos or gaming though. But I highly recommend it over the largely overpriced Pocket Wifi solutions.

The service was easy to purchase. The device worked well and was easy to use.

The service is great and wifi is very fast! Thank you Japan Wireless
