Good connectivity. Easy to pick and drop off.

Good and uncomplicated communication even if there are more questions.
Delivery fast. Included items in good condition and best internet connection in Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto.
Again at our next journey through japan.

I preordered my pocket WiFi through Japan Wireless earlier this month and was pleased when it arrived at the concierge desk at my hotel the morning of my arrival. It was light weight and seamless to use. It came with an extra battery which I never had to use because the pocket WiFi lasted all day until I got back to my hotel to recharge. It gave me coverage all around Tokyo and Kyoto as well. The best thing about it was that I shared it with my 2 kids who were able to play games on their phones and scroll social media during longer taxi rides. I’m so glad I decided to go with Japan Wireless.

Easy to use and stays connected throughout the day.

Loved the portable WiFi. Worked all the time, no trouble at all. Easy pick up, easy drop off, came with return envelope, nice big filled with instructions, WiFi unit, charging cord, wall charger and backup battery. Had 5 people hooked onto it and no trouble with connection
