Easy to use and very cost efficient. I love it and have used it on three recent trips to Japan. I recommend it for anyone traveling to Japan and wanting to stay connected with WIFI to navigate and tour.

Pocket WiFi is the best way to stay connected when traveling. The service was easy to order and pick up at the airport. Returning was also easy. I recommend using Japan Wireless.

Very good and easy service. Pocket WLAN was delivered to our first hotel like agreed, worked very well with 2 I-Phones and 2 Notebooks in parallel......after 2 week we have put it in an envelope and send it with normal japanes post back. I can recomment to everybody!

After choosing the plan, upon arriving at the hotel where we asked for the device do be delievered it was already there waiting for us. Set up was straight forward and it has decent speed and coverage was wxcellent as well. Overall it was a good experience.
